SHIPPING & RETURNS
PAYMENT THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE:
All payments made through the Elephant Rock Website are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways - your choice of either Stripe or PayPal. Stripe accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards and PayPal accepts a larger range of credit cards. Both payment gateways handle your information securely.
ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We can also accept payment from an Australian bank by Bank Transfer. Email us with your order and shipping address and we will email you an invoice with our bank details for payment.
Under normal circumstances we will post your order within two working days of receiving your payment. If for any reason we have to delay posting your order, we will notify you and give you the option of receiving a refund. Postage costs are automatically calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you proceed with payment.
Orders shipped within Australia are sent by standard post and are usually received 1-4 days after posting. We will send a confirmatory email once we have sent your parcel.
Orders valued at $100 or more, excluding shipping, are shipped free of charge to an Australian address.
Orders valued at less than $100 and weighing less than 500g will incur an $8 shipping fee when sent to an Australian address.
Orders valued at less than $100 and weighing more than 500g will incur a $10 shipping fee when sent to an Australian address.
International orders are shipped by Registered Post and are usually received 3-14 working days after posting. We will send you a confirmatory email once we have sent your parcel. Orders shipped internationally may be subjected to taxes, custom duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees.
Packages sent internationally incur a shipping fee at a flat rate of $25.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For purchases made at retail outlets other than www.elephantrockshop.com.au (the ‘Website’), please refer to the returns policy of the retailer where the product was purchased. We are able to accept returns only for purchases made from the Website.
Elephant Rock will refund or replace products that are faulty or damaged, or do not match the product ordered from the Website. Please email us within 7 days of receipt of the product at email@example.com for full instructions on how to proceed with returning the product and obtaining your replacement or refund.
Elephant Rock will not accept returns of opened or used product.
